Please note that Sunglasses Boutique has different warehouses in both Australia and Asia and as such your sunglasses might arrive in separate deliveries if you have purchased more than one frame in an order.

Free Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders! This option ships with regular post with an expected delivery of 7-12 business days once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 business days to process your order before it dispatches.

International Delivery

International orders (other than Australia and New Zealand) are sent via EMS ePacket.

Delivery times from dispatch varies depending on the destination Country's shipping zone but typically arrive within 10 business days.

WARNING: Some countries may charge import duties or other local taxes. These are local government taxes that we have no control over. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay these fees if applicable.

Address Errors & Uncollected Items

Sunglasses Boutique cannot be responsible for address input errors when ordering. Whilst we will attempt to find all address errors during dispatch we may not always be able to find all of them. Australia Post will consider most orders to be abandoned and dispose of them if the address is incorrect so please ensure correct input at checkout.

Sunglasses Boutique is also not responsible for uncollected items. On occasion Australia Post will return the item to an Australia Post outlet for collection. Typically they will only hold the item for 5 business days. If your order is not collected within this time frame Australia Post will dispose of your order and consider it abandoned. Sunglasses Boutique will not be held financially responsible for re-orders or refunds as a result of uncollected orders.

Delivery Delay

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on your location. 

Loss, Damage & Delivery Disputes

If your tracking does not show as delivered within the recommended timeframe, please contact us on and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the relevent postal service.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on and we will provide further instructions.

In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) is selected and delivery shows as successful, Sunglasses Boutique and the postal service are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.

In the case where Signature on Delivery is selected and the delivery shows as successful but the buyer is disputing the delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the postal service and raise a dispute. If required, we can assist the buyer with this process and provide supporting documentation.
